The Courtauld at The National Gallery

The National Gallery, London

Enjoy masterpieces from The Courtauld Gallery, including famous works by Lucas Cranach the Elder, Peter Paul Rubens, Perino del Vaga and Pieter Bruegel the Elder at The National Gallery in a dedicated Courtauld display. The first presentation of The Courtauld Room at the National Gallery will be on display until Monday 5 August and the second rotation will open early in the new year.

In the meantime, more than two dozen masterpieces from The Courtauld are embedded in the National Gallery’s permanent collection, including the Seilern Triptych and Cranach’s Adam and Eve. In addition, decorative arts from The Courtauld are enriching the National Gallery’s Sainsbury Wing displays, with the installation of our two Florentine wedding chests, rare medieval ivories and stunning pieces of Islamic metalwork this summer.
